Service & Project Policy

Work will commence only upon receipt of the advance payment.

Any additional services or revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges.

Timelines will be mutually agreed upon and are subject to client feedback and approvals.

Intellectual Property Rights

All design drafts remain the property of We Designs until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, the final approved designs will be handed over to the client, and ownership rights will be transferred as per agreement.

Content & Data Usage

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, text, and images for their projects.

We Designs reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

Limitation of Liability

We Designs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

Advance Payment & Refund Policy

All advance payments made to We Designs are strictly non-refundable.

The advance amount can only be adjusted towards services availed within six (6) months from the date of payment.

If no service is utilized within the mentioned period, the advance amount will be forfeited.
